Fugatti Multimedia Co. is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided materials.

4. Project Terms and Delivery

Project timelines and delivery dates will be communicated upon project initiation. Fugatti Multimedia Co. strives to meet agreed-upon deadlines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be promptly informed of any adjustments to project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of projects and full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the delivered multimedia content. Fugatti Multimedia Co. retains the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both Fugatti Multimedia Co. and clients agree to treat project-related information as confidential. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project will be handled with utmost discretion.

8. Modification of Terms

Fugatti Multimedia Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with a written notice, outlining the reasons for termination. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the project agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
